    4:42 seconds of relaxation.. not quite the whole five minutes promised..
    the music stops at that point BUT THANK YOU.. I was very panicked. I use
    the Basic Mindfulness system of creating presence.. I do SEE OUT, HEAR
    OUT, OR FEEL OUT.. for external.. works great for having a panic triggered
    by emotion.. for the opposite. I use SEE IN, HEAR IN, AND FEEL IN.. for
    internal visual thought, internal dialogue of EGO, and internal ‘feelings’.
