  1. Robin Roberts Little says:

I have been getting them for a few years now whenever my husbands grown
children call the house. It starts as a ball of energy in my lower abdomen.
Then it shoots out going through my limbs and torso and up to my head. By
this time I am shaking and on the verge of throwing up or crying. My heart
pounds and I cannot think. I have little or no contact with these people as
I have cut the cord but living with their father I can’t seem to get away
from it. Now they have started happening with my work, I am not happy and
it is not serving me it is a means to an end. Thanks for the advice
hopefully I can find a better coping strategy as I don’t like to feel like
    that.
