The #1 reason standard anxiety cures don’t succeed is because they do not
ever train the person how to end the fear of fear, instead they teach a
person to ‘cope’ with all the problem. For stopping panic attack
completely, you have to stop the fear of fear.

The #1 reason standard anxiety remedies fail is because they don’t educate
the person how to finish the fear of fear, instead they teach a person to
‘cope’ with all the problem. To stop panic disorder forever, you must stop
    the fear of fear.
