    my doctor told me im suffering panic and anxiety i dunno exactly what the
    difference is? my attacks feel pretty much the same throughout while these
    attacks are happening it causes shaking heavy breathing my chest n face
    fills with pins n needles and hallucinations, the hallucinations remind me
    of dreams its like its really happening i was bullied a lot at school beat
    up nearly every day even after school i got beat up really bad thats what
    these hallucinations is about theres a few guys stood in front of me they
    very aggressive i can see them hitting me but feel no pain reality
    completely disappears its like some sort of a bad dream the vision is
    usually the same or slightly different. wish i didnt have this problem what
    can i do to fix it?

    teach the person how to end the fear of fear, instead they teach you to
    ‘cope’ with the problem. To stop panic disorder forever, you must stop the
    fear of fear.

    There are many approaches to controlling anxiety, but the most important
    thing is to learn how to change the way you relate to your emotions
    themselves – stop the reactivity of avoidance and aversion; replace it with
    awareness and compassion (mindfulness) then anxiety will heal itself. This

    Hey there! Have you considered – Supreme Panic Magic (just google it)? Ive
    heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law at very last
    said ta ta the panic breakdowns with it.

    I am not familiar with that treatment for panic attacks. However, what I
    find essential in whatever approach you choose is that you learn how to
    build a conscious non-reactive relationship with your emotions based on
    friendliness. This always works best in the end. Trying to suppress panic
    anxiety or avoiding it through some distraction technique seldom works for
    long.

    Hello there! thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots
    of people keep on talking about panic and anxiety treatment called
    Zomopanic Eraser (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it is really
    good. Have you ever tried Zomopanic Eraser? I’ve heard some extraordinary
    things about it and my mate finally kick away his panic attacks forever
    using it, but he refuses to tell me: (
