Jesus is the answer, read the bible, psalm 91 , psalm 23, God’s word had
the power to change your life

  7. Blunt Dorothy M. says:

Attempt holding your breath as long as you will. No matter how strong your
mental will be, it can never override the will of your body. This really is
good news – regardless of how hard you are trying to persuade you that
you’ll be likely to die with a panic attack, you won’t. Your body will
override that worry and search for a state of balance. Check out here to

I remember how it was for you around this time last year, the conversations
we had about your anxiety – things were indeed grim. But now you have made
incredible progress, & I’m certain that you will continue with this. The
mall vid is proof that you CAN conquer your anxiety. Hold onto that feeling
and remember that always. You’re a lot stronger than you realize, Dani; far
stronger than I could be. I’m very proud and happy for you… 🙂

  10. Matthew Cho says:

you should quit smoking and see how that helps you physically and mentally.

Gosh, I did not even know this about you. I am soo very sorry. Did not
watch the previous vids. This is huge and I don’t even know how to help in
this situation. If it was much worse, as you said, then I really applaud
you for coming this far out of it. Keep on going,..:-)

  13. Hallie B says:

I am emetephobic as well and I believe this is how my anxiety began. I
cannot believe that you experience this too, I have never seen anyone else
with emetephobia. I have watched your videos and relate to you so much. I
have agoraphobia and I understand so much of what you go through. I am here
if you need someone to relate to. ~ Hallie ~

I have had anxiety and panic ,on and off since 1985..Sometimes,it is a
vicious cycle, but also,it does go away, and I feel pretty good and
confortable for years..My panic is also, getting meds, and seeing the side
effects..I don’t have gorophobia though..However,I have gone to emergency
room twice durring the past week..The problem,I have is not some 10 minute
panic attack..My problem, was the need to always sigh or trying to get a
deep breath, and this feeling would not go away.Antivan calms me

good for you, getting off of the benzos! i was addicted to valium for 30
years. i would eat them like candy. let me give you a little saying that i
made up for myself when i was walking thru the process of healing, as you
are now. remember this and use it whenever you feel threatened, “i am
always fine despite my perceptions to the contrary.” also remember, it does
get better! hang in there — i’m proud of you! i loved watching the joy you
experienced last night at the mall! you are loved!

I understand. A few years ago, I had flu like symptoms that stayed with me
for months. Saw my family doctor and insurance doctor, had all kinds of
tests and both were telling me tests were normal. That did not make me feel
better. My boss who was also an uncle had a talk with me and told me that I
had to change the way I think. Not easy to explain or do but when I did
understand, was the road to recovery. I always keep that in mind. Also,
just keep saying “Don’t worry, be happy!”

Im not as bad as you, but i do have anxiety and stress and had panic
attacks in the past. I was very very scared, but im starting to accept
them. They dont scare me as much. I didnt go out of my house for 1year and
did nothing. Now if i feel like if im having one i just say “fuck it, your
gonna have to kill me to stop me” as far as agoraphobia i just went out
even with panic thoughts and feelings. Im working on it witouh doctors,
therapy, or drugs. If i can do it anyone can. Msg me

I really enjoyed your video…..For a few years my panic attacks and
agoraphobia had been very minimal, but as of the last month my panic
attacks have been daily. Your video was really inspiring for the rest of us
    that suffer from agoraphobia.

  23. gnphoto21 says:

Remember the words of president Roosevelt, “All We Have To Fear Is Fear
Itself”. Also, are you keeping a journal recording how you feel day to day?
    Might be useful one day.
