Thanks, Victor! I’m trying…but now I REALLY don’t want to leave my house!
    LOL!

Thanks for the info! I’ve drastically cut back on my caffeine (I drink
decaf soda and coffee, for the most part) and I’m trying to implement
exercise into my routine as well. This last panic attack was a weird one,
as I didn’t even feel it coming on. It literally just woke me up in the
    middle of the night.

you said in this video that prayer helps…should you have enough time to
notice people please don’t hesitate to do so. as soon as i know you are not
well i will start praying for you! ^_-

Aww. Well, good for you! :]

I had them. Cut out all caffiene. Started exercise (lifting weights) No
more panic attacks. If your stressed or uptight you need a release or a way
to get the tension off of you. Even going for a long walk helped me out. My
boss had them bad he started walking his dogs more. Its just a mind
clearing thing. Sodas are a BIG problem as well. As a trick to try if you
feel one coming on Close your eyes hold your breath and tighten all your
muscles and count to 10. I even do pushups to stop an attack.

I’m not sure really. The only thing I can think of is the events of the
days prior that could’ve stressed me out.

  7. iamhappytobemyself says:

Hi Meaghan, sorry to hear of this experience. I hope you can recover asap.

Oh, wow! Thanks! I’ll try to remember all of that! 🙂 I try to eat as
natural as possible (organic when I can afford it and no sugar added as
much as I can), but it’s difficult with all the processed foods that exist
these days. I’ve heard of GERD before, and I usually eat around 5pm for
dinner, then I usually go to sleep around 11pm. I do try to stay positive,
but sometimes it’s difficult to do with panic attacks. Thanks again for the
    info! 🙂

Hey there! thank you for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of
people keep on talking about panic and anxiety natural treatment known as
Zomopanic Eraser (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it is really
good. Have you thought about Zomopanic Eraser? I have heard several great
things about it and my friend finally eliminate his panic attacks using it,
but he refuses to tell me: (

  10. JapanHDVideo says:

Yeah, I have had them too. Massive panic attacks over many years, but I
pretty much have them figured out. I don’t really have them anymore. Hope
    you’re Ok.

  11. MeaghansW0rld says:

Thanks. I definitely will if I can. 🙂 During this particular panic attack,
I couldn’t keep my hands still enough to type.

  12. MeaghansW0rld says:

Thanks. I’ve gotten a bit better over the past few days. Now I have a cold,
though, because the panic attacks do a number on my immune system… I
think I’ll be much better in a few days. 🙂

  13. MeaghansW0rld says:

Thanks! I’ve seriously cut back on the amount of caffeine in my system! I
know it’s a shock, but I’ve gotta do what’s best for my health. 😀

  14. Pamela Berner says:

Meaghan give up caffeine? HA! That’ll be the day. 😛 Hope you keep getting
    better Meggy. <3

  15. killersushi99 says:

Thats the same way my first one was. I woke up and though oh well this is
it. Time to carve my tombstone! The artificial sweetners in ANY kind of
soda are a trigger as well. So dont be fooled by caffiene free too much.
Another thing is dont eat too late. eat as early as you can. Acid reflux in
your throat can trigger an efffect called GERD. Its when the acid burns
your throat and stimulates a bundle of nerves that are hooked to your heart
and respiratory system. Most of all just stay positive!!

  16. MeaghansW0rld says:

Wow! Thanks! I’ll have to try that! 🙂

  17. MeaghansW0rld says:

    Thank you! :3

  18. MeaghansW0rld says:

Thanks for watching! 🙂 I haven’t heard of Zomopanic Eraser, but I’ll
definitely look into it. The only thing that has helped me so far with my
panic attacks is getting my dog, Opie. Since I got him, I don’t wake up in
the middle of the night with panic attacks. I still have anxiety, but it’s
    not quite as bad now.

  19. JapanHDVideo says:

My friend helped me with my panic attacks. He told me to ask myself a
question as the panic attack is coming on.. the question was “So what
happens now?”, and the answer is always the same. I feel crazy, weird and
like I’m going to die, but in the end nothing ever happens. I just feel ok
in a day or two, sometimes longer. But it’s always the same. The same
routine, now that I know that I just say, Ok so I’m having a panic attack,
“so what’s really going to happen?” (Nothing) and it stops.

  20. MeaghansW0rld says:

Yeah, it’s a pretty bad experience to go through. I wouldn’t wish it on my
worst enemy. I hope so, too. I am feeling somewhat better today. Thanks! 🙂
