    That’s all very well but where can we find the CART instructions for
    breathing ? I can find it no-where on the internet. So many people could
    allready benefit from this !! I may aswell

    I’d like to get this breathing training. Of course, it would be helpful to
    understand why lactic acid builds up in people with panic disorder and
    leads to hyperventilation in the first place.

    Hey there! thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of
    people keep on talking about panic and anxiety treatment known as Zomopanic
    Eraser (do a google search), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you tried
    Zomopanic Eraser? I have heard many great things about it and my work buddy
    finally kick away his anxiety problem forever using it, but he refuses to
    tell me: (

    Handbook is starting to get some recognition. You can also check out the
    work of Dr Buteyko and his discovery on 7 October 1952. No need for any
    breathing devices with Buteyko

    Hey there! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (It is at
    anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin pretty
    much cured anxiety and panic attacks with it.
